❗For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on nails that have been opened, tried on, or used.
💌 How to make a return
Email us at hello@prettyandnordic.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the process and send you the return address.
You cover the return shipping cost unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
