Return Conditions
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be:
– Unopened
– Unused
– In original packaging
For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on press-on nails that have been opened, worn, or tried on.

How to Make a Return
Email us at hello@prettyandnordic.com with your order number and the reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection
