All packages are shipped via PostNord.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your glow-up all the way home 💌

We hope you love your nails from Pretty & Nordic — but if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here for you 💅✨

🧾 Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In original packaging

❗For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on press-on nails that have been opened, worn, or tried on.

💌 How to Make a Return

Email us at hello@prettyandnordic.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no worries bestie 💗
