Purchase Terms

1. General

Pretty & Nordic is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
When you shop with us, you agree to our terms and conditions.
We currently ship within Sweden 🇸🇪 and to all Eurozone EU countries 🇪🇺, customs-free.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in SEK (for Sweden) or EUR (for Eurozone customers) and include VAT.

We accept payments via Klarna, Swish (manual payments), Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and credit/debit card.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Delivery

All packages are shipped with PostNord.

• Within Sweden: 2–5 business days

• Within the Eurozone: 4–8 business days

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or local delivery services.

4. Products

All our nail sets include nail glue and glue tabs, so you can choose your preferred method.

Hand-painted sets may differ slightly from the photos, as they are made by hand.
Machine-made sets may have small variations in color or pattern.

5. Returns & Complaints

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on used nails.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days at hello@prettyandnordic.com — we’ll be happy to help 💕

6. Liability

Pretty & Nordic is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect application or removal of the nails.
Always follow our instructions for applying and removing your press-ons.

7. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR.
Your information is only used to handle orders, deliveries, and customer service.
