All EU orders are shipped with PostNord International Tracked.

• Delivery time: 4–8 business days after processing
• Tracking included on all orders
• You’ll receive a tracking email once your parcel is on its way

🚫 Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling and reshipping fee.

Pretty & Nordic is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing in the destination country.

In the rare case of significant delays, we’ll always reach out via email 🤍

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We’re unable to replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
