EU Shipping Policy

(Customs-free shipping within the European Union 🇪🇺)

1. Shipping within the EU

We currently ship to all Eurozone EU countries 💶
All orders are shipped with PostNord International Tracked (Rek Utrikes).
Normal delivery time is 4–8 business days after your order has been processed.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your parcel is on its way.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is €9.90, and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
We also offer free EU shipping on orders over €49 💕

3. Tracking

All international orders include tracking.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, so you can follow your delivery all the way to your door ✨

4. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling and reshipping fee.

5. Delivery Delays

Pretty & Nordic is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs processing within your country.
In the rare case of major delays, we’ll reach out to you by email.

6. Delivery Address

Please double-check that your address is correct before completing your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact your local PostNord partner in your country, then email us at hello@prettyandnordic.com — we’ll do our best to help 💅
